Searching for commercial properties can be daunting; much less straightforward than on the residential side. For example, there is not a single public-facing platform you can trust to show the whole picture of commercial properties currently available in Oregon. That's why I recommend checking out all three of my favorite search platforms below. Each one has its own strengths and weaknesses.

GETTING THE DETAILS RIGHT

When embarking on your next property search, it's crucial to get the details right. So before diving into the hunt, it helps to clearly identify your search criteria. Every listing platforms should allow at least basic filtering of your search by categories such as property type, asking price, preferred location, size of existing building or land, and more. Once you have found a listing or two that appears to meet your search criteria, a whole new set of questions arise. Is this listing actually still available? How does the price match up with the overall market? Are there any key details important to your decision but not mentioned in the advertisement? What are the showing instructions? Even for the brave hearted, professional assistance with asking and finding answers to these questions is advisable.
