Every listing platforms should allow at least basic filtering of your search by categories such as property type, asking price, preferred location, size of existing building or land, and more. Once you have found a listing or two that appears to meet your search criteria, a whole new set of questions arise. Is this listing actually still available? How does the price match up with the overall market? Are there any key details important to your decision but not mentioned in the advertisement? What are the showing instructions? Even for the brave hearted, professional assistance with asking and finding answers to these questions is advisable.
